We rank agencies and software on evidence anyone can check. If your company clears the bar, it joins the pool every ranking is built from. Email us and we will take it from there.

Before you write

A listing is a place in the pool, not a place in a ranking

Every list on this site is ordered on the same six published criteria, applied to whatever the pool holds at the time. Being in the pool is what makes a ranking possible. It does not decide where you land in one, and neither does anything else you can send us.

We write the entry, and that includes the limitation attached to it. If a limitation is factually wrong, tell us and we will fix it the same way we would fix any other error. If it is right, it stays, however inconvenient.

Nothing on this page is for sale. There is no fee, no priority queue and no arrangement that moves a position.

How we rank

How it works

Three steps, and one of them is ours

  1. You send the details

Email the fields below. There is no form yet, and no account to create.

  2. We check it ourselves

Everything we publish comes from your own site or a named third-party profile, never from another ranking. The more you state publicly, the more we can say about you.

  3. It goes in, or we tell you why not

A record that clears the bar joins the directory and is considered for every ranking it fits. One that does not, gets a reply naming the criterion it missed.

What to send

Send what you would want a buyer to know

Send what you have. A gap is not disqualifying on its own, but we publish only what we can verify, so a blank field stays blank on your entry.

If you run an agency

  • Company name and website
  • Year founded, and where you are based
  • Team size
  • The services you sell, and the two or three you want to be judged on
  • Three examples of live work we can open in a browser, with the client named
  • Your pricing model, and a typical project or retainer figure if you publish one
  • The industries you work in most
  • Any third-party profile you keep current: Clutch, G2, awards
  • A working contact channel

If you make software

  • Product name and website
  • The company behind it, and when the product launched
  • What it does in one sentence, and who it is for
  • Your pricing page, or your pricing model on the record
  • The integrations that matter most to your customers
  • Support channels, and the hours they are staffed
  • Whether there is a trial or demo we can run ourselves
  • A changelog or release history, if you keep one

What we check

Five things, and missing one is disqualifying

These are checked before a record is created, whatever else is true about the company. They are also re-checked when a listing is refreshed, so clearing the bar once is not permanent.

Agencies

  1. Trading at least 12 months, with a verifiable operating history
  2. A public website that states clearly what you do
  3. At least three examples of live, verifiable work in the category
  4. Reachable through a working contact channel
  5. No unresolved pattern of serious public complaints

Software

  1. Publicly available: self-serve or demo-accessible, not waitlist-only
  2. A published pricing page, or a pricing model you will state on the record
  3. Shipping for at least three months, with a changelog or verifiable launch date
  4. A named company behind it with a working contact channel
  5. No unresolved pattern of serious public complaints
