Best Webflow Agencies for WordPress Migration

Key takeaways

  • Veza Digital leads on evidence, with four named migrations carrying traffic figures and five source platforms named.

  • Amply is the only firm publishing a migration price, $15,000 to $40,000 and up, with a three to four week timeline.

  • Finsweet brings the strongest client list.

  • Kvalifik suits Nordic companies leaving Umbraco or HubSpot.

We scored every Webflow agency in our pool that names migration on its own site, against the six criteria published at /methodology, weighted for this job: specialisation and fit 25, client evidence 20, independent recognition 20, documented outcomes 15, commercial transparency 15, tenure 5. Outcomes carry three times their usual weight because a migration is the one agency job whose result, whether the rankings survived, can actually be measured. Read the full method. No entry on this list is a paid placement.

Nobody moves a WordPress site to Webflow because they love Webflow. They move because plugins have become a security liability, because every change needs a developer, or because the site has quietly become the slowest thing the marketing team owns. The fear that stops them is the same every time: the rankings will not survive the move.

That fear is the right test, and it makes this an unusually checkable decision. Two things can be read off an agency's own site before you speak to anyone. Does it publish a price or a timeline for a migration specifically, rather than for a website in general? And does it name a migration it has done, with a traffic or ranking figure attached? Most firms that say they do migrations fail both. The ones below were chosen because they do not.

How this list was built

Six criteria, the same six behind every SaaSInsight ranking, weighted for this job. Full definitions are at /methodology.

  • Specialisation and fit · 25 · Migration is a named service, source platforms are named, and redirects and SEO preservation are described rather than implied
  • Client evidence · 20 · Named clients on the firm's own site
  • Independent recognition · 20 · Partner tier and third-party coverage, which certify Webflow skill rather than migration skill
  • Documented outcomes · 15 · A named migration with a traffic or ranking figure, which is the one thing in this category that can actually be measured
  • Commercial transparency · 15 · Whether a price or timeline is published for the migration itself
  • Tenure · 5 · How long the firm has been shipping

What these ten publish

  • A price for the migration: Amply alone, at $15,000 to $40,000 and up
  • A timeline: Amply at three to four weeks, Veza Digital at four to twelve
  • A named migration with a number attached: Veza Digital, with four; Lil Big Things, with one; Amply, as a retention rate across fifty
  • Source platforms beyond WordPress by name: Veza Digital, with five; Kvalifik, with three
  • Migration as a named service on the site: Veza Digital, Amply, Finsweet, Kvalifik, Lil Big Things, Broworks, Shadow Digital, Parallax
  • Nothing about migration specifically, only capability on both platforms: Huemor

One thing true of every migration here

It is a rebuild, not a conversion. Webflow can import WordPress posts and pages as content, but themes, templates and plugin behaviour do not transfer. Every firm on this list rebuilds the design and recreates the functionality, which is why the honest timelines run in weeks rather than days, and why the redirect map is the single most important deliverable in the project. Ask to see one from a previous migration before you sign.

    About Veza Digital

Veza Digital is a growth-focused Webflow agency that combines design, development, and performance marketing to build conversion-driven websites for SaaS and tech companies. Their approach goes beyond visual execution, with a strong emphasis on user journeys, messaging clarity, and measurable business outcomes. The agency frequently works with high-growth startups and scale-ups, helping them redesign or rebuild their websites to better support acquisition, activation, and retention. Their Webflow builds are typically structured for scalability, allowing internal teams to manage content while maintaining performance and SEO integrity. Veza Digital is best suited for SaaS companies that view their website as a growth engine, not just a brand asset particularly those looking to improve conversions and align their site with product and marketing goals.

No price is published for a migration, and four to twelve weeks is a wide enough window that the quote is where you learn which end you are at.

    Best for
B2B and SaaS teams that want design, development, SEO and CRO from one Webflow partner.

    About Amply

Amply is a Webflow Premium Partner and a 2023 Webflow Awards finalist in the Top New Partner category. Founded in 2020 and based in Salt Lake City, the team works almost entirely with B2B and SaaS companies, bundling design, development, technical SEO, CRO and ongoing maintenance into one engagement instead of splitting them across vendors. Amply declares a $20,000 starting budget on Webflow’s certified partner directory, and publishes three retainer prices on its own site: $3,000/month for Webflow development, $4,500/month for design plus Webflow, and $10,000/month for a dedicated team.

The bundled model is the differentiator. Most agencies hand off at launch and you go hire someone else for SEO and testing. Amply keeps those functions on the same team, which shows up in what clients report. Awardco rebuilt a 2,000-page site with Amply and doubled conversions, a result published by Webflow and covered in CMSWire. LiveView Technologies attributes a 56x return in closed revenue to the site Amply built. MyMeta and Kenect both report 10x conversion increases after moving to Webflow. Amply holds a 5.0 rating on Clutch across six reviews with Premier Verified status, and 4.9 on DesignRush across nine verified reviews.

The retention claim is an aggregate across fifty migrations rather than a named client with a before and after, so it cannot be checked the way Veza's can.

    Best for
SaaS and tech companies, healthcare and biotech teams, startups with complex CMS needs, businesses requiring scalable Webflow systems

    About Finsweet

Finsweet is one of the most recognised Webflow-focused agencies globally, known for combining advanced development with system-level thinking. Rather than treating Webflow as just a visual builder, the team approaches projects with a strong emphasis on scalability, structure, and long-term usability. They are particularly strong in building complex CMS-driven websites, often supporting SaaS and tech companies that need flexible systems capable of handling large volumes of content and evolving product messaging. Their contributions to the Webflow ecosystem such as Client-First and Attributes have also positioned them as leaders in how modern Webflow sites are structured and maintained. Finsweet is best suited for teams that need a technically robust Webflow implementation, especially when internal teams will actively manage and scale the website post-launch.

Neither a price nor a migration outcome is published, so the strongest client list here comes with the least migration-specific evidence.

    Featured work

    • Valius Sciences

For Valius Sciences, Finsweet designed and developed a modern website that translates complex biotech and scientific content into a clear, structured digital experience. The project focused on simplifying dense information through strong content hierarchy, clean layouts, and intuitive navigation. The result is a website that balances credibility with usability making technical subject matter accessible while maintaining a high level of performance and scalability.

Nordic and EU companies migrating off a legacy CMS that want branding and Webflow build from one team.

    About Kvalifik

States Webflow Professional Partner of the Year 2025 on its own site, alongside a Danish Digital Awards bronze, and carries a direct Webflow Awards win plus a partnership win in the 2022 to 2025 record.

The client list is heavyweight for a studio of this scale, naming Carlsberg, Maersk, DSB and Copenhagen Business School, and it says it serves 15 or more markets across the Nordics and EU. The migration positioning is specific rather than generic: it names WordPress, Umbraco and HubSpot as the platforms clients are leaving, which is a sharper claim than most studios make.

The strongest Nordic record we hold and the only Danish one. It publishes no pricing and no team size, so budget fit has to be established directly.

Built for Nordic and EU companies, with no US presence, so a US buyer is choosing a time zone as well as an agency.

    Best for
B2B SaaS marketing teams that want to ship website changes without engineering, and want the site maintained rather than handed over.

    About Lil Big Things

Directly relevant to two things we need. Webflow maintenance is a named standing service rather than an afterthought, which matters for the retainer list, and generative engine optimisation is offered explicitly, which is unusual and puts the firm in the small group of agencies selling AEO as a line item.

Positioning is tight and credible: design, build and maintain Webflow sites so a marketing team can move fast, aimed squarely at B2B and SaaS. Operating since 2021, so a shorter track record than most of the pool. The named client list is long and includes recognisable B2B names in Localyze, Slintel and Blank Street.

The site states no headquarters, team size or pricing. `location` is deliberately blank rather than guessed, which means this record cannot yet be used in any location filtered list. Confirming the base is the single most useful thing to add here.

No headquarters or price is published on its site, and the one named migration outcome measures lead sourcing rather than the rankings a migration buyer is worried about.

    About Shadow Digital

Shadow Digital is a Webflow agency focused on fast, high-impact website builds, particularly for companies undergoing digital transformation or platform migration. Their positioning leans heavily toward execution speed and technical reliability, making them a strong partner for teams that need to move quickly without compromising on structure or performance. The studio is known for delivering complete website rebuilds within tight timelines, often replacing legacy systems with scalable Webflow setups. Their work prioritises clean UX, efficient CMS structures, and performance optimisation ensuring that marketing teams can manage and evolve the site post-launch. Shadow Digital is best suited for organisations that need a dependable Webflow partner for time-sensitive projects, especially when transitioning from outdated platforms to a more flexible, no-code environment.

Migration is the positioning but no migrated client is named with a result, so the claim is a description of intent rather than of a project.

    Featured work

    • TSIA

For TSIA, Shadow Digital delivered a complete website transformation in just six weeks, migrating the platform to Webflow while improving structure, usability, and performance. The project focused on simplifying navigation, restructuring content, and creating a scalable CMS to support ongoing updates. Best for
Enterprises moving off a legacy platform that want Webflow alongside product and software engineering from one firm.

    About Parallax

Named Agency of the Year at Webflow Conf 2025, confirmed on Webflow's own awards recipient page rather than only on the agency's site. That is the strongest single third party signal held by any record in our Webflow pool.

The positioning is unusual for this category. Parallax leads on platform migration and enterprise engineering rather than marketing site work, states over 350 digital products delivered, and holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials certification. Security and quality certification is rare among Webflow studios and is directly relevant to regulated buyers.

The record is thin on commercial fact. The site publishes no pricing, no team size and no founding year, and its own Webflow page does not mention the Agency of the Year award at all. The award and the client work carry this record; a buyer will have to ask for the rest.

An engineering firm first, so a straightforward marketing-site migration may be a smaller job than it usually takes on and priced accordingly.

    About Broworks

Assessed from public evidence, not direct experience. Broworks is a smaller Webflow studio (Serbia and Canada) positioned explicitly around AI search — building sites to rank in Google and in AI answer engines — with a WordPress-to-Webflow migration specialism. Founding year, team size and a client list are not publicly stated. Editorial write-up pending a human pass.

A small studio with no named migration outcome published, so capacity for a large content migration is the question to ask first.

A US healthcare recruitment firm moved off a plugin-heavy WordPress site onto Webflow, with job data pulled from the Bullhorn CRM into the site over the API so listings live natively on the page instead of in a separate portal. Broworks reports +200% organic traffic, 5x candidate applications and +50% funnel conversion; the client's marketing manager is named in a 5.0 review dated April 2026. It shows the team can wire a CMS build into an operational system rather than delivering a marketing layer that sits apart from the workflow.

    About Digidop

Digidop is a Webflow-focused agency that combines design, development, and SEO into a tightly integrated offering. Unlike studios that treat SEO as an afterthought, Digidop builds websites with search performance and content structure in mind from the start making them a strong fit for companies that rely heavily on organic growth. Their work typically centres around marketing websites for SaaS and B2B companies, with a clear emphasis on conversion, scalability, and CMS flexibility. Projects often include migrations to Webflow, allowing teams to move away from rigid or developer-dependent systems toward more agile, no-code environments. Digidop is best suited for businesses that want a performance-driven website, one that not only looks clean but is structured to rank, scale, and convert over time.

    Best for
B2B companies in construction, manufacturing or technology that want a website rebuilt for lead capture and then kept maintained rather than handed over.

    About Huemor

Useful to us for two specific reasons. It is a genuine US Webflow capable shop, which is the thinnest cut in our pool, and it sells website support as a named ongoing service rather than treating maintenance as an afterthought. Both are directly relevant to the retainer and US Webflow lists.

Positioning is explicitly B2B and outcome framed around visibility and capturing right fit customers, with stated sector focus on construction, industrial manufacturing and technology. Founded 2011, headquartered in Pittsburgh, with team members across eight countries including the Philippines, Serbia, Romania and India, so delivery is offshore heavy while the front end of the business is US based.

Boston Dynamics and Aerotech are strong, verifiable logos for an agency of this size. Team size and pricing are not stated. Note that it works across three platforms rather than specialising in Webflow alone, which matters when ranking it against dedicated Webflow studios.

Migration is never named as a service on its site; it is inferred from the firm building on both platforms, so confirm it has done one before assuming it will.

Pick on the constraint that will not move.

You need a named result before you commit. Veza Digital. Four migrations with figures on its own site, on five source platforms, is more published evidence than the rest of this list combined.

You need to know the price before the first call. Amply. Fifteen to forty thousand dollars and up, three to four weeks, on its site today. Nobody else here will tell you either number without a conversation.

You are buying through enterprise procurement. Finsweet for the client list and SOC 2, or Parallax for ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. Neither publishes a price, and both expect a process.

You are a Nordic or EU company on Umbraco or HubSpot. Kvalifik. It names those platforms, and it will do the brand at the same time.

You are not actually on WordPress. Veza Digital names HubSpot, Drupal, Wix, Squarespace and custom React or PHP stacks as well, and Kvalifik names Umbraco and HubSpot. Most of the others describe WordPress alone, so if you are leaving something else, ask whether they have done it before.

You want the migration to set the site up for AI search, not only Google. Broworks builds explicitly for AI answer engines, and Lil Big Things sells generative engine optimisation as a named service. Nobody else on this list mentions it.

You want one partner to migrate and then keep growing the site. Lil Big Things. Maintenance and generative engine optimisation are named services alongside the migration, which is unusual.

You are in the US and want the same firm to support the site afterwards. Huemor. Support is sold as a standing service, and it already builds on both platforms.

Whoever you choose, the deliverable that decides whether the fear comes true is the redirect map. Ask to see one from a previous migration before you sign, and ask who checks Search Console in the month after launch. A firm that cannot answer the second question has not done this enough times. And if the site is small enough to move yourself, our WordPress to Webflow guide covers the do-it-yourself route.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a WordPress to Webflow migration cost?

Only one firm on this list publishes a figure. Amply states fifteen thousand to forty thousand dollars and up, depending on site size, CMS complexity, custom functionality and whether a redesign is included, which is as close to a market rate as anyone will give you without a call. Everyone else quotes after a scoping conversation. The variables that move the number are the same everywhere: how many CMS collections have to be rebuilt, how many plugins have to be replaced with native features or integrations, and whether the design is being kept or replaced.

How long does a migration take?

Two firms publish a timeline. Amply says three to four weeks for most migrations. Veza Digital says four to twelve weeks depending on size and complexity. The gap between them is not a contradiction; it reflects what each takes on. A marketing site with a blog and a few hundred pages sits at the short end. A site with thousands of resources, several content types and integrations to rewire sits at the long end, and Veza's Chili Piper migration of more than a thousand resources is the kind of project that does.

Will I lose rankings when I move to Webflow?

You will if the redirects are wrong, and you should not if they are right. Every URL that changes needs a 301 to its new home, and the metadata, canonical tags and structured data need to come across intact. Amply claims 100 percent organic traffic retention across its migrations. Veza names Wisedocs as a client that recovered to top five positions after moving. Both attribute it to the same two things: a complete redirect map before launch, and someone watching Search Console in the weeks after it. Ask any firm you shortlist to show you both.

What happens to my WordPress plugins?

They do not transfer. Webflow has no plugin ecosystem, so every function a plugin provided has to be rebuilt with a native Webflow feature, an integration or custom code. Forms, search, membership and ecommerce are the usual pain points. This is the part of scoping that most changes the price, and it is why a firm that asks for your plugin list on the first call is doing the job properly. Amply describes plugin functionality rebuilding as a named step in its process; most others fold it into scoping.

Can I keep my current design?

Yes, but it is still rebuilt. Webflow can import WordPress content, meaning posts, pages and media, but not the theme, so the design is recreated component by component in Webflow whether or not it changes. Most firms here treat a migration as the moment to fix what was not working, and Veza in particular positions it that way. If you want the design preserved exactly, say so at scoping, because it changes how the estimate is built.

Should I use a Webflow specialist or a firm that also works on WordPress?

It depends on what you want afterwards. A Webflow-only studio like Veza, Finsweet or Lil Big Things has done more migrations in one direction and will know the edge cases. A firm that builds on both, like Huemor, understands what you are leaving and can support whatever you end up with. For most B2B teams the specialist is the better bet, because the migration is the hard part and the reason you are moving is to stop needing a WordPress developer.

Do I need an agency at all, or can I do this myself?

For a small site with a blog and a handful of pages, you can, and our WordPress to Webflow guide walks through it. The agency case starts when any of three things is true: the site has more than a few hundred URLs, it depends on plugins for anything beyond forms, or organic traffic is a revenue channel you cannot afford to lose for a quarter. The redirect map and the post-launch monitoring are where an experienced firm earns its fee, and they are also the two things a first-time migration most often gets wrong.
